Client Solutions Manager, South Cone
**Summary:** The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. This role is responsible for optimizing complex opportunities and using data and analytics to build consultative and technical solutions for our customers, providing business insights, driving revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach. **Required Skills:** Client Solutions Manager, South Cone Responsibilities: 1. Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our clients 2. Manage strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners (media, creative, measurement partners, martech, etc.) 3. Advise clients on media and creative strategy, planning, measurement and optimization of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators 4. Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives 5. Manage internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities) 6. Work and collaborate with a varied group of internal cross-functional teams, managing complex workstreams 7. Manage a portfolio of clients in the Spanish Speaking South American countries with a cross-selling mindset and revenue driven goals **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 8. 4+ years experience working directly in marketing, media and/or consulting firms, and demonstrated leadership skills 9. Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering Marketing or similar 10. Consultative selling skills 11. Fluency in both Spanish and English 12. Ability to act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action 13. Effective and creative problem-solving and decision-making skills 14. Experience and passion for working with numbers, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights 15. Ability to travel as needed for client and partner meetings (up to 20%) 16. Experience working with Performance Marketing 17. Experience to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team, with cross-functional teams and with multiple layers within the organization (internally and externally) 18. Experience in Meta’s advertising solutions and other digital advertising platforms **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 19. Master's degree or postgraduate degree 20. Experience with the LATAM Pacific region (Chile, Peru, Colombia) 21. Passion for ad tech, working with data, knowledge of Python, SQL, and/or statistical packages a plus 22.
