Client Solutions Manager, CPG India
**Summary:** The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for CPG India is responsible for partnering closely with India’s largest advertisers and enabling them to transform their business to win with the consumer of today. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, brand and performance marketing strategy, creative upskilling and measurement for India's top CPG advertisers. In partnership with the Client Partner, this role is responsible for building executional and functional partnerships, using data and analytics to identify growth opportunities for Meta by building comprehensive solutions for our customers, and driving revenue by negotiating and optimizing opportunities that deliver on client’s & media agencies' business objectives.Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and analytical rigour, a focus on client servicing, very strong collaboration with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. Meta's CPG business works with India’s best known brands and advertisers who need deep consultation on the new rules of brand building and digital marketing. **Required Skills:** Client Solutions Manager, CPG India Responsibilities: 1. In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded in achieving measurable business results for our customers 2. Analyze platform, brand and/or outcomes data to build insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook/Instagram Ads & Messaging solutions 3. Collaborate with internal cross functional teams and be the voice of our clients’ for the short and long-term cross-functional priorities, and drive critical wins for their advertisers by deploying the right cross-functional resources 4. Serve as external solution consultant educating clients and media agencies on our products and best practices, and drive adoption of Meta’s products and solutions 5. Guide branding strategy, audience and media planning, and implementation & measurement of campaigns to deliver against pre-defined business KPIs. Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery 6. Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance by managing projects on complex work streams 7. Build and nurture relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.) 8. Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.) **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 9. 4+ years’ experience in brand marketing or media planning for large CPGs in media agencies or other tech platforms 10. Proven problem solving skills and thought leadership and ability to influence multiple stakeholders on adopting new products and ideas 11. Proven track record of delivering on business goals through collaborative cross functional ways of operating 12. Experience managing multiple & complex work streams while maintaining strict attention to detail 13. Strong communication skills to confidently present ideas, solutions, frameworks to CXOs, media heads, agency partners 14. Willingness to travel as needed within India to lead a book of business comprising multiple CPG clients **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 15. Expertise in digital media or marketing preferred, exposure to communication development for short-form videos 16. Understanding of measurement solutions such as Brand Lifts, incrementality, and Brand Health Tracks 17. Masters degree in marketing, strategy or similar fields **Industry:** Internet
