Job Description

The Client Solutions Manager (Compliance Support Lead) plays a pivotal role in managing strategy, direction, coordination, and execution of a program designed to provide proactive, white-glove compliance support to strategic partners. The focus is on ensuring integrity and privacy, while providing education and support regarding critical requirements. This opportunity involves working directly with third-party partners, supporting their success in the ecosystem, and ensuring they have the necessary information to stay compliant and create safe experiences for users.

ResponsibilitiesSupport various projects and programs aimed at enhancing operations and understanding compliance requirements for third parties.Interface directly with third parties and key strategic partners, providing individualized support on compliance requirements.Identify gaps, support decision-making, and lead the implementation of the best solutions.Coordinate deadlines on deliverables, assist in scheduling, take meeting notes, and update roadmaps while tracking dependencies and progress.Assist business compliance and control function partners in responding to client escalations by conducting research and presenting findings.Attend staff meetings, lead agenda creation, and follow up on actions.Send recaps and updates to key stakeholders to keep them informed of program progress.Collaborate with policy, legal, product, engineering, data science, and dev ops teams to provide solutions and improve compliance delivery to partners.Essential SkillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Experience in program management, customer service, or operations.Strong relationship management skills with third parties.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including concise posts and presentations.Comfortable leading meetings with strategic partners and troubleshooting issues.Ability to present updates in large team meetings.Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and project management tools like Asana.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in the field of integrity and compliance is beneficial.2+ years of experience in program management, customer service, or operations.Bachelor's degree in technical, liberal arts, or business-related field.Experience managing high-visibility, complex, and rewarding partnerships.Previous experience in the tech industry is preferred.Familiarity with integrity and compliance requirements.Work Environment

This position offers a 100% remote work environment, operating primarily within Pacific Standard Time hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
