Your Team's Impact
As a Senior Associate in our Professional Services team, you'll play a critical role in offering strategic, white-glove support to our clients, delivering key insights, and leading complex deliverable and project-based initiatives that help shape their IR strategy. You’ll work with a cross-functional team to provide data-driven recommendations, high-impact reporting, and exceptional service to a portfolio of sophisticated clients.
Deliverables Execution: Lead and manage complex client projects and deliverables from inception through completion, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes tailored to client goals and exceeding client expectations.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients and ensure consistent, high-quality support on all professional services. Resolve issues independently and proactively identify areas where we can add value.
Strategic Advisory: Leverage your capital markets expertise to deliver actionable recommendations to shape clients’ IR strategies, including targeting, reporting, and market monitoring.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams including Customer Success, Sales, R&D, and Marketing to execute and address client needs efficiently and effectively.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance Professional Services processes, tools, and service offerings, contributing to the ongoing growth, success, and enablement of the team.
What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in financial services or a related client-facing role; ideally in investor relations, finance, or capital markets.
Ability to manage large, complex client accounts independently, with strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize projects and deliverables with competing timelines.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of resourcefulness and self-starter attitude, combined with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency with financial and market data platforms, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency with FactSet would be an asset
