Client Solution Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Working closely with Consulting and Sales Management in order to identify, qualify and maximize the consulting opportunities for Oracle Cloud Applications within existing or new accounts. Winning consulting deals towards an allocated sales target. Generating, communicating, and delivering an Account Plan for each account. Managing the bid process for consulting according to Oracle business processes and procedures, including obtaining the appropriate management and legal approvals. Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers in the designated and new accounts. Monitoring the delivery of consulting business once won to ensure clients remain satisfied and business is healthy. Pro-actively updating industry and product knowledge.

Skills and qualifications required for the role:

Bachelor's degree Proven experience in selling IT consulting/Professional services, with focus on selling applications project implementations (ERP/ CRM-CX/ HCM/SCM). Wide understanding of fitting a business solution to customer needs. Ability to learn new products/solutions - Able to learn and understand product solutions and features, and respective implementation methodology, project plan and resource plan. Ability to contact potential and existing clients and understand their core business processes. Good presentation skills. Proven negotiation skills. Great and fluent communication skills (verbal, writing, Romanian and English). Result orientation and customer focus. Motivated and ambitious. Advantage: background in applications project implementation/delivery, Project Management, experience in working in global IT companies.
