Client Services Technical Manager
Position Description American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Client Service Technical Manager for our Client Services Team. As a Client Services Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Client Services Team ensuring high quality support and service delivery to internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities for this role may include and not limited to: - Manage and Audit day to day operations of the team to ensure efficiency and adherence to service standards - Train, assist and coach team members to ensure they meet or exceed performance expectations- Ensure timely processing of support tickets - Develop and implement new processes to improve client operations and experience - Travel to trade shows and conferences to present AGWS products Training Requirements Bachelor\u2019s degree~^~5+ years of experience in the Warranty Industry~^~Ability to handle critical large-scale issues~^~Strong Attention to detail~^~Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills~^~Must be willing to travel overnight (25-30%)~^~Management experience is a plus Benefits We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family.
