We’re looking for an ETD & PB Client Middle Office (CMO) Specialist to:
• Provide excellent client service to ETD (Exchange Traded Derivatives) and Prime Brokerage (PB) clients by monitoring, investigating, and responding to client queries related to day-to-day issues
• Participate in various local client visits, regulatory meetings with the local exchange (ASX) on industry projects and initiatives
• Perform and review daily and monthly client money reconciliations for futures and exchange traded options
• Work closely with various internal teams such as collateral and margin, settlements, CAIP, offshore and regional ops teams to resolve any client breaks or issues.
• Respond to various audit requests both internally and externally and facilitate any client audit requests to the correct internal audit teams
• Act as the point of contact between clients and our technical support and development team
• Identify and recommend ways to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls
• Commit to a culture of continuous improvement centered on client service
• Deliver on various firm and industry wide project and initiatives
