Arizona Animal Hospital is a fast-paced, compassionate veterinary clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and outstanding service to our clients. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients and their pets.

Job Summary:
As a Veterinary Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering a positive experience for clients. You will handle client communications, manage appointments, and support the veterinary team in a dynamic, animal-loving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Answer busy multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage client records using veterinary practice management software  Triage client inquiries and patient needs, directing them to the appropriate staff. Process payments, handle billing, and assist with over-the-counter sales. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Communicate effectively using basic veterinary terminology to educate clients about services, vaccinations, and procedures. Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless operations. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, emailing, and managing pharmacy refill requests.

Qualifications:

Required: 1-2 years of customer service experience (e.g., hospitality, retail, or office settings). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with computers and learning new software

Work Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, (8am-5pm) with occasional Saturdays (8am-12pm).
