TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to assist a large insurance company based in the East Greenbush, NY area. These positions would start ON SITE and would offer a hybrid schedule for new hires once they are comfortable in the role. Qualifications - 2-3 years of RECENT call center experience - Independent, positive, confident, and customer-oriented - Time management skills - Strong communications ability (both written and verbal) Job Description - Responsible for servicing and processing financial/administrative transactions during the lifecycle, including policy rewrites, payments, disbursements, and claims supports - Knowledge of company policy/procedures - Serves as point of contact, receives/resolves complex customer services in an accurate or timely manner - Participate in projects which impact the customer experience - Works in a team environment, training will be provided - Perform other duties as assigned Hours 8-hour shift between 8:30am-6:00pm Monday-Friday (40-hour work week) Pay $20.19/hr.
