Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Client Services Project Manager III, you will:
Lead and manage customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and outstanding quality.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns with utmost integrity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement project plans and resolve any issues that arise.Monitor project progress, strictly adhering to timelines and budgets.Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, encouraging trust and long-term partnerships.Determine project requirements and resources, coordinating with various departments to meet project goals.Provide regular updates and reports to collaborators, ensuring transparency and effective communication.RequirementsTo qualify for this role, you must have:
A proven track record of managing complex projects in a customer service environment.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a scientific or technical industry.Proficiency in project management software and tools.The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Our Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:

The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $75,000.00–$95,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
