ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage project plans from inception to completionStrong background in managing cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, regulatory, packaging engineering, and supply chain.Monitor project progress and strictly adhere to timelines and budgetsAbility to effectively communicate with executive leadership, external partners, and internal technical teams.Identify risks and determine mitigation strategiesShare project updates with collaborators clearly and accurately

Requirements5 or more years proven experience in project management, preferably in a scientific or technical environmentOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsStrong ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced settingExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Maryland is $75,000.00–$112,500.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
