This role plays a key role in building client relationships. It manages all aspects of the projects from the set-up, including both operational and financial components, through to the closure of the study. Creative problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration enable the delivery of an excellent customer experience and successful project outcomes in this role. Additionally, the Project Manager II serves as a key reference for operational areas, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
**Roles and responsibilities:**
+ Advise internal and external clients on the Clinical Research Logistics Operation, receiving the requirements and providing the best solution applicable to their needs.
+ Carry out the initial configuration of the clinical studies through Fisherbook, GPM systems and Study documents and maintain the correct management of the study during the time it is active.
+ Train Logistics, Quality, Operations and Finance staff (if applicable) in the specific processes requested by customers.
+ Understand and know the logistics service capabilities and the development of each service in order to transmit and propose them in the service proposals to customers. Be informed of all updates to services.
+ Prepare and review budgets for new projects, understand scope of work and expected results.
+ Participate in the proposals made to clients in teleconferences or meetings to analyze the proposal made on the services.
+ Carry out Clinical Trial logistics project management activities for studies that involve low and medium involvement and complexity. Propose strategies, solve problematic situations and provide solutions.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics operations, health areas, administration or related areas.
+ 2-3 years of experience managing projects with a focus on customer service, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment or clinical trials.
+ Coordination between internal teams and customer needs.
+ Hybrid profile: organized and customer oriented.
+ Good communication, follow up, time management and deliverables
+ Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
+ Advanced Intermediate - English.
+ Skills to handle and manage multiple tasks and times with multidisciplinary teams.
+ Ability to solve problems, negotiate and make decisions.
+ Orientation and vocation for customer service.
+ Flexible, proactive and predisposed attitude.
