ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking a **dynamic and experienced Client Services Manager (CSM)** to lead the day-to-day recruiting operations for one of our premier RPO clients-a renowned leader in the North American renewable energy sector with over 40 years of groundbreaking innovation.
As a CSM, you will oversee a high-performing team of recruitment professionals, managing both virtual and onsite talent acquisition efforts. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class solutions, ensuring seamless execution, and exceeding client expectations.

In this role, the Client Services Manager (CSM) oversees day-to-day recruiting processes for Talent Solutions RPO clients and directly manages a team of recruiting professionals, hybrid on-site. The PDM works with a ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO Director and Client to create and implement innovative processes. Typically, the PDM will work directly with Recruiting Leadership and Hiring Authorities within the Client company to ensure a successful partnership.
Directly oversee a team of ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO Recruiters, which may include coordination teams and any other support roles needed;
* Work with direct reports to develop strategies and solutions to improve overall recruiting activity and client satisfaction;
* Allocate workload and resources appropriately;
* Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to assess progress as well as strategize on Client needs;
* Conduct quarterly and annual employment reviews based on scorecard performance measurements and
ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO value expectations;
* Overall responsibility for forecasting, budgeting, and managing revenue and profitability targets;
* Identify areas to grow the Client's scope of services to include additional ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO and Total Talent Management offerings;
* Maintain accountability for technology integrity;
* Partner with Client's recruiting leadership and operational hiring managers, mid to executive level;
* Analyze, develop, recommend, and implement recruitment strategies.
* Work with the Client and ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO team to develop recruiting metrics and benchmarks;
* Develop and provide weekly and monthly reporting to Clients;
* Understand business/organizational issues and challenges as they relate to staffing;
* Partner with the Sales and Solutions Team to participate in sales pursuits which could include crafting RFP responses, assisting with solution design, and participating in sales meetings at Client sites;
* Create relationships with community-based organizations and other centers of influence.
**Education**
HS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience is desired.
**Required Experience:**
+ **Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience** managing Talent Acquisition teams within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment.
+ **Proven track record of leading and coaching teams of 50+ client-facing recruiters** in high-volume recruiting scenarios.
+ Demonstrated expertise in driving performance across **daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting funnel activities** , with a consistent history of meeting and exceeding hiring goals.

+ **Recruitment Strategy Development:** Skilled in building candidate personas and designing recruitment strategies with measurable outcomes, leveraging specific resources to achieve results.
+ **Client Relationship Management:** Expertise in addressing and resolving client dissatisfaction, successfully turning around issues to create positive outcomes and long-term partnerships.
+ **Team Leadership:** Experienced in leading high-performing recruitment teams in high-volume environments, ensuring a high level of organization and operational efficiency.

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for developing client business reviews, analyzing data, and managing budgets.
