We’re looking for a **Client Operations&Procurement Manager** to serve as the vital link between our company and key clients—ensuring seamless service, smart sourcing, and long-term satisfaction. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage everything from product procurement and inventory to client communication and strategic reporting. You’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring that client needs are met with urgency, accuracy, and care—while navigating the complexities of cross-functional collaboration and supply chain strategy. **What You’ll Do:** + **Be the Client’s Trusted Partner** : Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. + **Own the Procurement Process** : Source and procure essential goods and services, including product substitutions, while maintaining budget awareness and quality standards. + **Keep Operations Flowing** : Monitor inventory levels, process purchase orders, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries. + **Create Impactful Product Rotations** : Develop and manage marketing schedules that align with client goals and seasonal trends. + **Drive Strategic Insights** : Prepare and present reports on key account metrics, procurement performance, and client initiatives. + **Ensure Quality&Compliance** : Verify that all procured items meet required specifications and standards. + **Collaborate Across Teams** : Act as the central point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies. + **Solve with Confidence** : Resolve complex service issues and client concerns with professionalism and urgency. **What You Bring:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field + 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, procurement, or operations—preferably in Grocery, Distribution, or Food&Beverage + Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios and procurement processes + Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment **Why Join Us?** You’ll be part of a collaborative, client-first culture where your ideas are valued and your impact is visible.
