Client Services Lead

We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Client Services Lead to join our team in Norwalk, CT. In this hybrid role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of mid-to-large-sized clients, ensuring they achieve their business goals through our solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term value.

3–5 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role.Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts and deliver measurable results.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport.Comfortable presenting to clients and leading strategic conversations.A reasonable level of technical acumen; ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.Industry experience in equipment, rental, or contractor services is a strong plus.Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all post-sale activities.Execute a structured customer success playbook, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), performance tracking, and proactive engagement strategies.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.Oversee and manage professional services contracts, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business outcomes.Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
