In a dynamic, client and technology-oriented environment, you will be responsible for managing and providing solutions to customer issues. You will also support Relationship Managers in maintaining and developing relations.
Your Responsibilities:
• Manage customer queries and provide solutions to customer issues
• Deliver training on our online portal and trade lifecycle, and customized trainings for customers
• Help to organize in-house trainings for customers
• Conduct regular service reviews with key customers, and address any issues
• Proactively develop relationship with key customers and deepen understanding of their needs
• Visit key customers independently and with RM in the region
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identify the needs of prospective clients in assigned areas for settlement and custody and work with RM to deliver solutions
• Work closely with RM on deepening existing relationships, sales pitches, and refer any potential business to RM
• Ensure customers’ satisfaction
• Keep abreast of product and technical developments
• Support team-related matters such as documentation, agreements, KYC etc.
Our Requirements
• Business / Finance/ Economics diploma/degree and/or a related discipline
• At least 5 Years of relevant banking experience
• Incumbent must possess a pleasant deposition and with a high level of energy and initiative
• Customer-centric and service-oriented
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with high EQ
• Responsible & committed, meticulous, highly organized, and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Confident, well-groomed and with a good command of spoken and written English
• Competent in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
