Job Title: Client Services and Logistics Associate
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Services and Logistics Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service and order management who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations across departments while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Run daily reports for customer orders and ensure accuracy before transferring them to the production screenCommunicate internally with various teams to manage timelines and logistics, averaging 8–10 orders dailyAct as the primary contact for customers through phone, email, and in-person interactionsGuide new customers through the onboarding process, including account setup, product selection, and schedulingAssist with inquiries related to product availability, water quality, delivery timelines, and pricingManage recurring orders and delivery schedules to ensure consistent and timely serviceHandle issues related to deliveries, product concerns, or service changes swiftly and professionallyMaintain detailed customer records, including service history and delivery preferencesFollow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationshipsCollaborate with internal departments to align service execution and customer needsEssential Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experienceStrong data entry and order entry capabilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; QuickBooks experience is a plusComfortable handling inbound calls and professional communicationProven record of punctuality and dependable attendancePay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
