**Who You Are**

+ 2+ years of proficiency in a Data Solutions Technician role or similar, with a consistent track record of success and a readiness to take on the next step in your career.
+ You're able to seamlessly navigate Windows, GUI, and command-line interfaces like Unix.
+ A customer-focused mentality, with a dedication to meeting the needs of both internal and external clients.
+ High attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy in all work.
+ Strong problem-solving skills, using thorough logic and data to solve complex issues, even when information is limited.
+ The ability to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate project objectives, expectations, and feedback to various audiences.

+ A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
+ A proven track record to quickly learn and master new software and platforms.
+ Prior experience in the advertising, marketing, or data solutions industry will be a significant advantage.

+ Knowledge of scripting languages or other technical skills that streamline processes will be highly valued.
