Responsibilities

1. Manage client inquiries from query acknowledgment through to resolution, including methodology, market definition, data investigation, and validation.
2. Ensure timely and professional project completion and report deliveries.
3. Assist with special projects as assigned, including but not limited to project planning, coordination, execution, and reporting. This may involve collaborating with various departments, conducting research, analyzing data, preparing presentations, and ensuring that project milestones are met within specified timelines.
4. Provide trainings for IQVIA databases and platforms as needed.
5. Serve as a project leader between the client and IQVIA – translates client needs into action plans with the internal service team (i.e. determines responsibilities and timeframes and negotiates resources with internal departments).

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare or pharmacy preferred. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

2. Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau is preferred.
4. Experience with Think-Cell is a plus.
5. Strong statistical orientation and analytical mindset, with expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, critical thinking, quantitative research, and reporting and visualization.
6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  Candidates must be skilled in English to manage daily communications and tasks.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
9. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
