Rite-Solutions, Inc is seeking a full time Client Service Support Tech for on-site support at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT). Provide support with regards to Information Technology (IT) and Information Assurance (IA)\/Cybersecurity requirements and security of information systems.\n

Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nExcellent customer service, interpersonal, communication skills\nProficient in information technology and operations management\nGather feedback for and implement continuous improvement\nDefine test strategies including functional, non-functional, regression, automation, security, and performance testing\nWork with development teams to improve overall processes\nWork with external vendors as required\nAttend all meetings as applicable and provide necessary feedback when prompted\nAbility to work independently on problems and projects\nDemonstrate attention to detail in planning, preparing, and developing procedures, process documents and other forms of documentation.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office Applications\nClear understanding of computer hardware\n\n\nExperience in reimaging and patching\nExperience in Linux\nAble and willing to learn existing and new technologies\nBe a contributing member of a Technical Team\nPosition requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret-level security clearance\n\n

Additional Requirements (not required):\n\nCompTIA Security+ CE\n1-3 years of Computer Information System, Linux and Hardware\nActive secret security clearance\nMilitary or government experience\n\n
