Client Service Specialist
Are you curious, proactive and always striving to bring positive impact to clients?

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to:

• support local business needs by being a local escalation point, providing onsite expertise and knowledge across all operation services
• manage internal queries where additional help required outside of point to point queries, either resolving in-team or navigating the operations organisation to resolve.
• manage phonelines for e-banking external client queries
• be the point staff in projects impacting Operations – co-ordination of UAT efforts
• deal with low volume adhoc physical processes like certificate and cheque processing and Governance
• govern the nearshored activities across the services to ensure procedures are followed and any service hot spots are escalated appropriately
• work with Service managers to ensure appropriate staffing and training is in place
• ensure appropriate tests are in place and linked to KPCi’s
• daily monitoring of service levels across all operations teams
• create governance packs and other control activities required
• record keeping of the service provision (things like staffing, training, interventions, events etc)
