Job Description
Join a leading pharmaceuticals' team as a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in managing order fulfillment, coordinating with pharmacies on product issues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You’ll handle incoming customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve shipping and product concerns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate seamless order entry, processing, release, and tracking of shipments.
• Handle patient product replacements or credit requests from pharmacies.
• Respond to incoming customer service calls, effectively resolving concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the integrity of the customer database through accurate and timely data entry, including updates to contact information, licensing details, service-related information, and financial records.
• Deliver friendly resolutions and maintain reliable follow-up with customers.
• Provide consistently dependable service while remaining accessible and responsive to customer needs.
• Foster excellent communication between internal teams and external customers.
• Address misships, shortages, overages, and damage claims promptly and efficiently for customers.
• Collaborate with the Third Party Logistics team to ensure smooth customer shipments.
• Generate reports and manage report processing tasks.
• Perform other duties as required to support operational efficiency.
Essential Skills3+ years of customer service experience within the PHARMACEUTICAL industry3+ years of SAP experience *MUST HAVE*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.Work Environment
This role is based onsite in Morristown on a HYBRID model. It will be 3 days on site and 2 days remote.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
