Client Service Representative III
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Client Service Representative III. Summary: The Onboarding Concierge (OC) Team is a team dedicated to providing best-in-class, end-to-end onboarding experience for clients. Responsibilities include E2E client onboarding, prospect inquiries, new deposit account creation and acts as the SME for all onboarding requirements and documentation. The Client Service Representative will be a partner to the frontline relationship team and support requests for both new-to-bank and existing clients. Responsibilities: * Coordinates communication between frontline, middle office, and colleagues * Meets with prospective clients in prospect relationship meetings * Onboarding documentation & paperwork collection * Review onboarding package to ensure completion and accuracy * Create CIS record(s) for new clients * Perform/Validate KYC completion * Submits new deposit account requests for processing * Treasury management maintenance requests (e.g. Positive Pay/Agilink) Request & confirm new account(s) is opened correctly, all products and ancillary services have been received * KYC periodic reviews and refreshes
