Client Service Representative

Why This Role Matters

As the face of our hospital, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for each visit. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, playing a crucial role in building trust and creating a welcoming, compassionate environment. The CSR is the central hub of the practice—coordinating communication, appointments, and service delivery to ensure every experience is smooth and supportive.

Schedule & Hours

This is a full-time position, working four days per week with every other Saturday required.

Hospital hours are:

Monday - Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm

Saturday 8:00am to 12:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and pets warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphereAnswer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with client check-in/check-outPlace outbound calls for follow-ups and prospective client outreachExplain fees, process payments, and promote services and productsEducate clients on general animal care topics such as flea & tick prevention and pet wellnessMaintain accurate medical records and manage correspondenceKeep the facility clean and organized, including routine maintenance and sanitation
