What You'll Do:
As a CSR at VCA Premier, you are often the first and last impression our clients have, so your role is essential. Responsibilities include:

Delivering outstanding customer service at every touchpoint—greeting clients warmly, making them feel seen and supported, and ensuring seamless visits from check-in to checkout

Answering phones with clarity and empathy, scheduling and confirming appointments

Guiding clients through services and fees with transparency and confidence

Processing payments, managing medical records, and correspondence accurately

Educating pet owners on products, services, and basic pet care (e.g., prevention, nutrition, parasite control)

Assisting with follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients with a proactive and caring approach

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (veterinary or medical preferred, but not required)

A passion for helping people and pets

Strong listening, communication, and decision-making skills

A calm, composed demeanor in busy or emotionally charged moments

High school diploma or equivalent

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technology

Flexibility to work weekends
