What You'll Do:Be the first warm welcome and last reassuring goodbye for pets and their families
Answer phones with a smile, book and confirm appointments, and ensure smooth scheduling
Educate clients about preventive care, wellness plans, and basic pet needs (we’ll help you learn!)
Process payments, review treatment estimates, and explain services with confidence and compassion
Maintain accurate medical records and help keep our hospital tidy, inside and out
Support our veterinary team with strong communication and coordination skills
Go the extra mile to make every client feel seen, heard, and cared for
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a medical or veterinary setting
Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
Comfortable multi-tasking in a busy environment
A true team player with a passion for pets and their people
