Work closely with client for accurate and timely payroll, labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances and tax (national taxes and regional taxes) related calculation
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure Client services and cases are monitored and delivered in and accurate, timely and professional manner.
Maintain client relationship to improve client’s satisfaction
Provide suggestions, counselling, and updates to Clients in areas of Labour Laws, payroll, labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances, Individual Income tax policy, HR processes etc.
Maintain client services procedure manuals and business process documents
Participates in testing and validation of services and system upgrading
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure Client services and cases are monitored and delivered in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
Manage and maintain service schedules and related task/events in accordance with ADP and Client Requirement.
Maintain client services procedure manuals and business process documents
Assist Client Service Manager in reviewing and improving services processes and procedures
Participates in testing and validation of services and system implementation
Participates in potential Clients meeting to provide expert HR and Service advices.
Provide Training to Client and internal operation teams.
Bachelor degree or above in HR Management, Business Administration or related
With 3 years + hands on Payroll & Lodgement experience, or HR professional particularly in the area of C&B and labour law
Be familiar with salary structure, employment, Statutory benefit., payroll and tax rules
Good command of spoken and written English
Professional attitude, efficient, and attention to details
Good team spirit, communication and interpersonal skill
Good computer skills particularly in Excel, and Word
