Client Service Representative

VCA Veterinary Specialists of Northern Colorado is seeking a Client Service Representative to join the Emergency and Specialty Team at our AAHA-accredited, 24-hour referral practice located in beautiful Loveland, Colorado.

We are a well-established and growing hospital that serves the front range of the Rocky Mountains along with clients from Nebraska, Wyoming, South Dakota, and Kansas. We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality medicine, meticulous patient care, and compassionate, client-centered customer service at all times - day and night. VSNC is an attractive, modern facility overlooking the Front Range.

We have a very busy and well-established hospital looking for knowledgeable, energetic, and passionate CSRs to help us provide our clients with gold-standard service and great experience. Our team is the backbone of our hospital and without everyone’s skills, knowledge and fun-loving personalities we can’t succeed.


Why We Need You
As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each client's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates.

Responsibilities:

General customer service functions, including but not limited to: greeting clients and pets warmly, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars

Maintain accurate patient records and handle data entry, ensuring good relationships with referral partners

Process payments and provide basic invoice support

Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients

Support a clean, organized front office environment

Answering client questions about products and services offered by the hospital, animal husbandry, and non-medical pet care

Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure efficient workflow

Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with professionalism

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred (veterinary or medical a plus)

Strong communication and multitasking skills

Comfortable working around animals

Proficient with computers and scheduling software

Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Shifts: 8-10 hours, some weekends and holidays required

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
