How you will create an impact • Create / oversee quarterly forecast for Finance and Retail Casualty management • Create the Group Captive quarterly accrual and present to management• Create premium inception and audit invoices, allowing AIG to invoice at the member level.• Work with the Underwriters and Captive Managers to create a steady state of batches each month.• Oversee the Premium Reconciliation process for Group Captives , ensuring correct pay-ins are used on adjustments. • Create Ad hoc metrics reporting and project management.• Review inquiries to ensure proper reimbursement for Group Captive Accounts • Maintain a tracking sheet for each Group Captive account to ensure proper documentation of true ups for Collections.
What you’ll need to succeed• General: Communication (oral and written), problem solving, customer focus, and management and organizational skills.• Oversee and mentor the staff ensuring compliance and monthly metrics are met.• Business: Analytical and data presentation, accounting knowledge, insurance (e.g., claims, coverage, etc.), program types, and research/documentation skills• Technology: System knowledge (Microsoft Office – Excel/Outlook,)
