Your impact as a Client Service Executive II ( Credit Card/Debt Cancellation Program)
Job Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with Account Executive and our Debt Cancellation clients in successfully marketing their product to their customers so that the partnership maximizes its profitability
+ Facilitate changes to our clients’ business as they relate to program changes and new initiatives
+ Lead all internal coordination efforts related to program set up and change management including updates to internal systems, legal documentation, internal knowledge training, and overall implementation
+ Drive relationships and interaction with functional stakeholders in marketing, accounting, IT, and call center leadership, etc. to implement the changes recommended
+ Actively listen to client concerns, needs, goals or objections, both stated and unstated, to identify opportunities. Help marshal the appropriate company resources to be responsive to those concerns, needs or goals
+ Writes or otherwise communicates (email, PowerPoint ) persuasively to client, consumers and other company representatives to help explain product concepts or program changes seeking feedback from peers and managers as appropriate and as the specific situation at hand warrants
+ Work with the Senior Vice President, Client Management and other team members to design and conduct persuasive presentations for business development and training of required personnel
+ Initiate analyses to determine the root cause of trends that varies materially from the anticipated results, sharing conclusions with interest parties as appropriate
+ Suggest, initiate and manage or coordinate projects in conjunction with other functional areas or subject matter leaders to address specific client issues during the course of managing our client’s program
+ Assist in the prioritization of work and task sharing during times of peak demand on particular client relationships
+ Assist in the preparation of reasonable and accurate budgets while also monitoring expenditures.
+ Other duties as assigned
You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
Required Experience:
+ A minimum of 5 plus years debt cancellation or credit card operations experience, preferably in the financial services, ad agency or credit card business sector
+ Experience in account-focused corporate service environment such as consulting, ad agency, or other client-focused, consultative service environment
+ Exceptional interpersonal skills capable of interacting with senior officers of clients, cultivating strong relationships and leveraging those relationships with our customers, their employees, and other third parties to the company’s long term benefit
+ Entrepreneurial attitude where accountability for profitability and satisfaction are second nature
+ Demonstrates teambuilding skills and cultivates strong cross functional relationships to serve client needs.
+ Communicates effectively and persuasively, both verbally and in writing
+ Manages time and resources effectively through strong organization, multi-tasking, delegation, time management and project management skills
+ Works independently as a self-starter committed to delivering the highest in customer service, quality and results
+ Anticipates problems and works proactively to solve them through creative thinking
+ Recognizes when decisions require input from more experienced personnel, exercising good judgment in the balance between initiative and working as a team member.
+ Marketing experience preferred with a preference in the Digital marketing arena
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $95,000 to $105,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
