Client Service Executive

Overall Key Position Objective

This role is responsible for supporting Multinational Inwards Work Injury Compensation Accounts and assisting P&C Underwriting function in relation to writing Multinational Global Programs for Small and Middle Markets accounts. The Assistant CSE works within clear guidelines and follows instructions on procedures, workflow, and format. While some discretion is used in straightforward situations, any matters outside the guidelines should be referred to the Manager for procedural issues and to Account Underwriters for technical matters. The role also requires coordinating multiple parties to complete tasks effectively.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle Multinational Inwards Work Injury Compensation (WIC) Accounts, from pre-binding underwriting to post-binding servicing, ensuring adherence to Chubb’s multinational servicing standards and guidelines.
• Advice Chubb Producing Offices on the local requirements for Singapore WIC Insurance.
• Coordinate with appointed local servicing brokers to communicate Inwards WIC binding terms for policy issuance and premium invoicing.
• Provide Account Management Services to the allocated Small and Middle Markets Global Accounts from the Multinational Outwards Portfolios.
• Work with Chubb Business Solution (CBS) team to ensure that all administrative activities in connection to multinational programs are carried out in time and to a high level of quality.
• Provide multinational technical advice to program underwriters for the placement of compliant multinational programs.
• Work with Chubb Servicing Offices and Network Partners to obtain advice on local country requirements and regulations.
• Manage and monitor the multinational programs from inception to completion, ensuring Chubb’s multinational servicing standards are met.
• Manage post-binding activities and provide status updates to program underwriters and brokers regarding program implementation.
• Strive to meet and exceed Chubb’s Service Standards in the execution of Global Programs.
• Ensure all programs are implemented in line with agreed service standards and corporate guidelines.

Requirements: 

The ideal candidate should have more than 2 years of relevant insurance qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Possess knowledge of multinational program arrangements and reinsurance agreements required between affiliates and non-affiliates.
• Demonstrated strong ability and technical competence, especially in Property and Casualty lines on servicing multinational business platform.
• Ability to monitor and report on adherence to service levels, understand production service issues and assist with resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with in-country managers, partners, and brokers.
• Manage and be responsible for the end-to-end process of handling mulitnational programs.
