Client Service Delivery Senior Administrator with Italian

As a member of our team, you’d be responsible for providing administrative support in terms of available insurance policies by organizing, validating and verifying the data as well as interacting directly with the Italian team in order to deliver the best solutions available on the market.
Our office is located in Cracow and in this role we offer a 50/50 hybrid work arrangement

What the day will look like
The Administrator's responsibilities include a back-office activity such as:
+ Preparing various reports & performing administrative tasks based on policy documentation
+ Following the procedures and guides for the scope of work
+ Acting as a SME for processes and resolving issues
+ Participating in projects aimed at process improvement
+ Coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues
+ Ensuring process documentation is up-to-date
+ Actively attending / leading meetings with the team, internal clients
+ Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
+ Participating actively in problem solving
+ Working closely with other teams/internal clients to ensure that all work is carried out in a timely manner and to a high standard
+ Cooperating closely with team coordinator as well as the team and making sure all SLAs are met
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Italian & English - level C1
+ Good Excel skills
+ Ability to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement
+ Ability to identify and respond to risks
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Strong ability to think creatively
+ Excellent communication skills: ability to understand and apply appropriate communication style
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills: ability to meet tight deadlines
+ Able to prioritize tasks according to volumes
+ Working knowledge of insurance market would be an asset
