What You’ll Do
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for client account-related requests.
+ Build and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful, personalized service.
+ Prepare and process account transactions (e.g., openings, transfers, deposits, withdrawals).
+ Manage ongoing account maintenance including money movements, distributions, and alerts.
+ Support client onboarding and education, including online access and account setup.
+ Maintain accurate records in CRM and assist with scheduling and mailings.
+ Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
+ Contribute to special projects and administrative initiatives.

Requirements
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in client service or operations within the financial services industry.
+ Familiarity with custodial platforms (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, TD Ameritrade) is a plus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Box, and portfolio management software preferred.
+ Strong communication skills and a professional, positive demeanor.
+ High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
+ Integrity, initiative, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
