Client Service Associate to $80K - Build Lasting Client Relationships!

Our client, a boutique financial services firm, is seeking a Client Service Associate to deliver personalized long-term guidance and build meaningful client relationships! This role serves as the vital link between clients and advisors, providing comprehensive support across new business, operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of financial services experience and values hands-on collaboration.

Position Details:

Location: Boston, MAWork Model: In officeDegree: PreferredResponsibilities include serving as the primary contact for client inquiries across all channels; providing new business, administrative, and compliance support; managing advisor calendars and scheduling client meetings; maintaining accurate CRM records and follow-up tasks; coordinating with custodians, insurance carriers, and vendors; supporting client onboarding and account maintenance; and assisting with marketing events and outreach initiatives.The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management in a client-facing capacity. CRM and financial software experience is a plus, along with Series 65 licensing or willingness to obtain.
