A boutique financial advisory firm is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its close-knit, client-focused team. With a strong foundation built on over 15 years of industry experience, the firm prides itself on delivering personalized financial guidance and maintaining long-term relationships with a select group of clients. Position Summary:
The Client Service Associate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s advisors and ensuring a seamless client experience. This individual will be responsible for handling a variety of service and administrative tasks, acting as a primary point of contact for clients, and helping maintain the firm’s high standards of care and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist clients with beneficiary updates, wire transfers, and rollover requests
+ Respond to client inquiries across a range of financial services
+ Support client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new clients
+ Process account transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and updates
+ Maintain accurate client records using CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
+ Collaborate with advisors to align service delivery with client financial plans
+ Follow up on pending client requests and ensure timely resolution
+ Prepare reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials
+ Uphold confidentiality and data security standards
+ Provide general administrative support to the advisory team

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Minimum of 2 years of client service experience, preferably in financial services or wealth management
+ Familiarity with broker-dealer platforms (experience with LPL is a plus)
+ Strong communication skills and presence
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize client needs
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
+ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
+ Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and client-first service
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies
Preferred Skills:
+ Prior experience in a financial advisory or wealth management setting
+ Working knowledge of financial products and services
+ Licenses such as Series 7 and 66 are a plus but not required
