We are looking for a dynamic and experienced wealth management industry product manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Orion Connect and other wealth management focused platforms, excellent training skills, and a deep understanding of data management as it relates to custodial platforms. As the Product Lead, you will be responsible for driving the business process, adoption and optimization of our Wealth Management tools while supporting the implementation to enhance business and user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Job purpose:

The Client Service Associate provides essential support to the Financial Advisor by ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, superior client service, and efficient administrative workflow. This role is responsible for managing client communications, assisting with account setup and maintenance, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. By maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, and supporting both the advisor and clients, the Client Service Associate plays a critical role in delivering a high-quality client experience and supporting the overall growth and success of the advisory practice.

Duties and responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfactionSupport the onboarding of new clients by preparing and submitting all required documentation, including applications, disclosures, and account formsManage ongoing client communications by preparing and distributing account updates, statements, and other correspondenceCollect and organize client documents needed for financial planning, account servicing, or investment reviewsSchedule and coordinate client appointments, follow-ups, and advisor meetings with accuracy and professionalismOperate effectively in a matrixed environment, supporting a diverse and complex portfolio of client relationshipsEnsure timely and accurate execution of account transactions, including contributions, distributions, rollovers, and transfersParticipate in ongoing training and development through internal resources, team meetings, and compliance or practice management sessionsAssist in financial planning efforts by compiling data, maintaining planning software, and generating client-ready reportsUtilize CRM systems to record client interactions, manage follow-up tasks, and track key workflow milestonesServe as a liaison with custodians, vendors, and internal departments to resolve account issues and ensure seamless service deliverySafeguard all client and company information, maintaining confidentiality in line with firm and regulatory policiesPerform additional administrative or client service duties as needed to support advisor operations and client engagement

Work Experience:

1-2 years of client service experience or related business experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Some College Experience preferredWealth management experience preferred 

Skills and Knowledge:

Proven ability to identify and resolve problems independently, with minimal supervisionProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms, with strong overall computer skillsMaintains a positive, client-focused attitude and delivers proactive, high-quality serviceSkilled at managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interactionHighly organized with strong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesCollaborative team player who thrives in a supportive and fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available
