Join us in taking the first step toward creating a future that combines a diverse, challenging work environment with financial security and career satisfaction We are the perfect fit if you: + are seeking a progressive work environment at a rapidly growing organization + have a desire to help others protect their future + have an entrepreneurial spirit and are challenged by the opportunity to grow the business + are focused on learning and development to enhance your industry knowledge and expertise + are a self-starter willing to invest time and energy to learn the technical aspects of our business + believe in integrity and building success by developing relationships with others **POSITION SUMMARY:** In the **Client Service Associate** role, the successful candidate thrives in a team environment supporting the Account Management Team with a high volume of administrative responsibilities, performing the following duties: + Administrative support for the Account Management Team. + Setup, maintain and update Broker Management System. + Process enrollments, changes and termination requests as needed. + Request carrier renewals, documents and invoices. + Support printing and shipping needs. + Assist with value add invoicing processing. + Assist with managing intake process. + Assist with researching enrollment and billing requests. + Provide high quality of work with a professional demeanor, technical accuracy and conformity to company policies. **FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:** + 1 year of related customer service experience and/or training in health care or benefits administration; or equivalent education and experience. + Bachelor’s degree is preferred. + Strong customer service skills is preferred. + Problem Solving – Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Gather and analyze information skillfully; Develop alternative solutions; Work well in group problem solving situations; Use reason even when dealing with emotional topics. + Customer Service – Manage difficult or emotional customer situations; Respond promptly to customer needs; Solicit customer feedback to improve service; Respond to requests for service and assistance; Meet commitments. + Strong ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of work. + Teamwork – Support everyone’s efforts to succeed. + Correctly follow HUB International policies and procedures, escalation protocol, communications best practices and documentation standards. *Position can be a hybrid role (a few days in the office and a few days at home) **SALARY:** The expected salary range for this position is **$20.00/hour to $26.44/** hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, education and licensing certifications, geographic location, approved salary budget, as well as the specific position’s business line, complexity, scope and level.
