The Bell Business Markets Billing Team is focusing on providing an exceptional customer experience at every touch-point for service delivery and support to our Business market customers.


The billing client representative is responsible to work, investigate and respond to customer billing inquiries. the dispute files until complete resolution. The representative must coordinate and work in collaboration with the various internal and external teams to ensure adequate and fast resolution of dispute files.

Job Duties / Accountabilities\rResponsible for opening, treating and resolving billing inquiries for different types of services (IS, Professional Services, Broadband, Voice, Data, Portal)Analyze customer billing, requests and contracts to provide adequate explanations and information to customersContact and assist customers with billing questions, issues until fully resolvedResponsible for involving the various internal teams to determine the actions to be taken to resolve the requestAssure follow-ups on requests within tight deadlines Responsible for escalating requests when required Document the files in a clear and concise mannerWork in collaboration with the billing managerEssential Qualifications / Competencies\rExcellent ability to work in a team and in collaboration with different departmentsExcellent leadership and good ability to take decisionAbility to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with changing prioritiesAbility to analyze and independently resolve errorsExcellent knowledge in billingExcellent sense of organization and analysisAttention to detailExceptional time management skillsResourcefulness, autonomy, reliability and professionalismGood judgmentEnthusiasm and positive attitudeProblems solvingAbility to adapt to changesStrong work ethic/discipline and integrityAbility to manage stress and deal with ambiguityExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsKnowledge of English oral and written without any significant limitation. Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
