The Client Reporting Coordinator will support the production and delivery of regulatory and client-facing documents for all MD Financial business lines, ensuring specific processes are executed & delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. **Is this role right for you? In this role you will:** + Complete the printing and delivery of all regulatory and ad-hoc documents, such as tax slips, RESP letters, and KYC letters + Sort incoming mail, faxes and packages for internal delivery to all MD Operations teams + Perform electronic document imaging of legal documents. + Generate and deliver client statements and corporate tax packages for all MD business lines, as required **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:** + A University degree, College diploma, or equivalent relevant experience in a related field + 1 year experience in office administration, preferably in financial services + Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset + An ability to work and communicate effectively with others to achieve optimal outcomes + Initiative, are resourceful and have a focus on accuracy + The ability to assess, develop, monitor, and improve complex business processes Location(s): Canada : Ontario : Ottawa Scotiabank is a leading bank in the Americas.
