Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility

Coordinate the necessary steps to come to finalized reporting and execute the ones in your controlDocument and improve the reporting process where possibleRespond to internal customer questions with relation to the customer reportsBe part of the project(s) to improve report content and automation

Minimum Requirements: Skills, Experience & Education

Include minimum experience qualifications, required proficiencies with specialized knowledge, computer proficiencies, etc.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or business administration1+ years of experience in technical support or services environmentPrior experience working with data analyticsMust be passionate about data and data visualizationProactive and organized individual with an attention to detailInnovative attitude, capable of learning systems and proposing change to improve processesExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical approach to data review and preparationOrganization and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentArticulate self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to contribute to the success of the team.Customer advocateProficient Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of SQL, html, power query, power BI is preferredFluent in EnglishPrior experience working with data analytics to make improvements to policies and procedures
