Minimum requirements:
Tertiary degree or diploma in business, agriculture, or a client service-related qualification High level of computer literacy  Excellent English and Afrikaans spoken and written competency Experience in business management would be beneficial Experience and/or interest in sustainable agriculture/fair trade/CSR/certification would be beneficial Team player, dynamic, confident, self-learner and organized to the point of perfection Duties:
Manage client communication for the organic certification service in Southern and/or East Africa countries. Ensuring smooth certification flow for all clients  Assisting with all client inquiries and answering basic questions with regard to certification  Following up on non-compliance resolution after audits  Preparing and issuing renewal quotations  Answering of business telephone enquiries by clients Consultant: Marezel Kotze - Dante Personnel Cape Town
