Client Relationship Manager

Parkside are currently looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join the team! In this newly created role you will lead a team of Sales Support Coordinators overseeing the team to help develop how they manage and enhance relationships with key clients, ensuring client needs are met and business sales opportunities are maximised.  The role will be responsible for developing the strategic thinking & client management to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth

The Role

Lead and motivate the Team to maximise strong relationships with key clients. Identify opportunities for development within the team and conduct regular coaching and training sessions to enhance team skill Implement effective communication strategies to foster a positive team culture Work with the Group Stock Manager to set performance KPI’s for the team Be the key link with internal & external teams to drive our Parkside business forward Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience Manage and provide A-Star levels of support to our internal and external customers Monitor accounts/Team performance and provide regular updates to management via a KPI suit Track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Monitor performance metrics, track service levels, and implement improvements Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. Meet with Key clients to find better ways of working Spot growth opportunities and plan long-term account strategies. Act as the key point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring top-tier service and retention.

Foster a supportive team environment that promotes high-quality service and strong work ethic. Lead a team of Sales Support Coordinators

Financial/Commercials

Manage the department budget Drive sales through a culture of excellent client service

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:  

Proven experience in an office manager/team leader role Strong levels of commercial acumen Proven experience in people management and development Proven track record of driving sales targets Strong understanding of sales principles and customer services practices Strong organisational skills are essential Able to work well under pressure/independently or part of team Proven experience in account management Able to work well under pressure both independently or part of a team Confident decision-maker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions. Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident with MS Office/Nav. Organised and able to work under pressure. Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and continuously improve leadership and service skills.
