About the role: We are seeking a proactive Client Relationships Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving client satisfaction, and fostering long-lasting business relationships. This role involves overseeing the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, and ensuring the timely delivery of tailored solutions that align with our customers' needs. As the key point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in business growth by maintaining existing relationships and identifying new opportunities. Work responsibilities: + Assist and advise clients in completing the onboarding process on the platform + Configure business cases and confirm integration flow + Collect and prepare KYC/AML documents for Compliance review + Negotiate contracts and close agreements + Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs + Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business relations + Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters + Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for internal stakeholders + Continuously build your client portfolio + Reach out to existing clients on a daily/weekly basis, for retention and potential upsell purposes + Proactively expand business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement + Assist with challenging client requests or issue delegations/escalations as needed + Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment + Operate independently on a day-to-day basis Requirements: + BS degree in business administration or related field + Successful previous experience in sales, client account or relationship management + High emotional intelligence + Independent thinking and self-starting + Very good communication skills + Ability to communicate at all company levels (from technical personnel to management) + Formal presentation and negotiation skills + Great organisational skills + Strong decision-making skills + Fluency in English (mandatory - both written and spoken), knowledge of Russian/Estonian/French/Spanish/Italian is a plus + Superior analytical skills Benefits: + Competitive salary + Career opportunities + Medical Insurance upon the completion of probational period + Supportive and caring Leadership + A modern office in the center of Tallinn + A chance to work as part of a highly motivated and talented team + Referral program + Stebby + Team building and Company Event + Free parking
