They’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to be the friendly, professional face of the client journey — This role will suit someone who thrives on building relationships, staying organised, and delivering outstanding service.

What you'll be doing:

Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients Make outbound service calls (30–50 per day, 5–10 mins average) to understand client needs Manage diaries for Junior Advisors and IFAs to ensure smooth scheduling Oversee the customer onboarding process and maintain regular touchpoints throughout the journey Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
