In this role, you will be part of our Client Relationship Management (CRM) team, dedicated to serving direct corporate clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—partnering with companies to deliver tailored employee benefit solutions while driving engagement, satisfaction, and long-term value.
Responsibilities:
Drive Growth : As a growth-driven organisation, you will help achieve team sales goals and growth targets by leveraging on the organisational strategies, tools and services.Client Management: Deliver trusted benefit advisory, hands-on account servicing including day-to-day operations, communication rollouts, issue resolution – to build long-term client partnerships. Data & Insights: Extract and analyse data to support strategic decisions and performance reporting for clients under management.Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional client experienceBusiness Transformation: Contribute to strategic projects that enhance processes, streamline workflows and elevate service quality.Team Support: Assist with internal initiatives, events and broader team goals as needed.Who should apply?
