Client Project Administrator (Hybrid)

Broadridge is hiring! We’re seeking a Client Project Administrator to be part of our Shareholder Mail (SHM) team.  As a Client Project Administrator, you’ll not only ensure flawless execution of client campaigns but also gain exposure to cutting-edge processes in financial communications. This role offers a chance to sharpen your analytical, organizational, and project management skills while contributing to projects that directly impact millions of investors. You’ll be mentored by seasoned professionals and have opportunities for career growth in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Work collectively with SHM Relationship Administrators to coordinate all aspects of client campaigns

Learn and complete Broadridge tasks with high accuracy such as job setups, quantity verifications, DDS print requests, file and change loads, host and post e-mails while being able to assist other teams during busy periods

Conduct thorough data QC verifications on all quarterly business reviews

Be available to participate in Broadridge disaster recovery testing outside normal business hours

Facilitate Streetlink mailings on behalf of our clients

Build and/or QC client mailing affidavits and QBR’s

Complete client reporting on a monthly basis

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working in a Client Support position

Experience in the financial industry required

Strong experience in Microsoft Excel, specifically Pivot Tables and V-Lookups

Knowledge of Proxy Plus, WMS and ICS Online a plus

Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills required

Ability to prioritize, multitask and follow through with different internal teams to meet deadlines

A self-starter with the capability to thrive in a dynamic working environment

Highly adaptable and team-oriented

Values being part of a diverse team

Some schedule flexibility may be required

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $26/hr - $28/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
