Client Onboarding Analyst (Fund Services Change)

The Client Onboarding Analyst role is within the Fund Services Change Team which covers Fund Accounting, Middle Office and Transfer Agency.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for the onboarding of new business to the Citi Fund Services platforms. This includes supporting Business Growth for existing clients and new Client Onboarding
+ Work directly with Institutional Clients to assess and understand requirements, plan and implement the project
+ Creation and maintenance of Project Artifacts to support the project execution and meet Citi governance requirements
+ Work directly with Operations to ensure implementation is in line with Citi standard operating models and risk and control framework
+ Collaborate with wider Fund Services Change team to solution requests from client if required
+ Co-ordinate onboarding runbooks to ensure all activities are completed accurately and on time
**Requirements:**
+ 6-10 years relevant experience
+ Prior industry experience
+ Fully knowledgeable on the day-to-day activities of a product or process; Basic understanding of the firm's different businesses and the related economics ; Individual is expected to be subject area expert in one (or more) specific skill sets
+ Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
