Client Offboarding Specialist - Wealth Management

The main responsibilities of this role include:
• end-to-end handling of Client Offboardings, i.e. orchestration of all required activities with relevant internal partners, incl. cash transfers, asset transfers, product cancellations (e.g., cards, loans) and
custody/account/relationship deactivation
• collaboration with other Teams, e.g. Asset Transfer Team, Front / Back Office
• support of Front Office with certain responsibilities (e.g. client contact, product sales, mandate closures)
• manage standard operating procedures and work on process enhancements
• identify risk items and escalate accordingly to senior management
