We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Client Marketing Manager to support the Olympics Commercial program team lead high-impact client marketing initiatives tied to our Olympics partnership. This role will drive integrated marketing strategies that align with Deloitte’s brand and sponsorships activations and campaigns, engage priority clients, and support business growth through Olympics-themed client experiences and client marketing content.
As a Client Marketing Manager, you will work across Business and Industry Marketing, with the Greenhouse and Client Accelerators, with Accounts and Business Leadership, and Sales teams to deliver exceptional Olympics-related experiences for our clients, oversee event and content development, and drive client pipeline ROI. You will also serve as a key liaison with internal stakeholders and teams, external agencies, and the Greenhouse team to bring innovative client engagement ideas to life.
This manager will focus on developing and executing the client marketing campaigns for the Olympics commercial program, including:
Develop an integrated Olympics business and client marketing strategy
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive Olympics marketing strategy for each function, target business, and Industry, all connected to the Olympics Brand and Sponsorships storytelling platform. Develop a fully integrated plan that enables business marketers to effectively and strategically use Olympics partnership assets, while reinforcing brand themes and maintain alignment with key partnership messages. Enable business and industry marketers to effectively integrate content into annual plans, and navigate Olympics partnership guidelinesDesign Olympics client experiences and Greenhouse offerings to support business marketing strategy and business sales goals
Facilitate the development of strategic client experience activations in partnership with the business marketing and the Greenhouse teams. Ensure activations are impactful and aligned with Olympics commercial growth goals, and tracked effectively.Develop an Olympics client marketing content strategy in partnership with business marketing and sales
Collaborate with business and industry teams to develop customized business specific client marketing content and sales assets that support go-to-market strategies. Align content marketing plans with Brand and Communications campaigns and assetsProvide Deloitte business-led events strategy and planning support
Support strategy and inspire planning of innovative Deloitte business-hosted events utilizing Olympics assets(e.g., MARS MarginPlus Symposium, AI Forum) Work with CXO Program and to shape Olympics executive programming that aligns to business goals (e.g., CFO Forum at the Olympic Training Center).Develop Deloitte Analyst Relations strategy and content support
Partner with the Analyst Relations team to integrate Olympics qualifications into key analyst reviews. Deliver content and support materials in collaboration with business stakeholders.Risk Management – Communications and Oversight
Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with firm and partner policies Communicate a proactive and structured approach to tactically navigating risk issues for marketers related to client marketing scenarios.Marketing Insights & Reporting
Develoo an approach to track and tag marketing experiences in Jupiter and drive reporting innovation connecting business marketing to sales Analyze Program ROI and generate insights to optimize future programs and share learnings across teams. Integrate R360 for comprehensive client marketing insights.Innovate on use of AI to strengthen and scale marketing and sales programs
Utilize available Deloitte AI tools to improve cross-firm planning integration, communication and information availability Innovate on use of Deloitte AI tools to improve marketing and sales content and programs Integrate use of AI into insights and reporting programs, and to enhance business engagement with Olympics programs Qualifications:Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 8–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a professional services or agency environmentPreferred:
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional marketing programs Passion for sales and marketing integration, and client marketing experience Familiarity with marketing and sales analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Agent Force, Deloitte R360) Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent attention to detail with strong writing, deck development and communication skills Familiarity with the International Olympic Committee guidelines and processes High level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities; ability to manage multiple and complex threads of work Ability to work in a virtual environment Master’s degree a plus The TeamDeloitte’s Olympics Commercial Team is focused on driving client experience and engagement with our IOC, LA28, and USOPC accounts and partnerships between the Games.
