Job DescriptionThe marketing analyst is responsible for supporting marketing objectives, strategies, and programs to achieve Visa’s business and brand objectives in Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador. This role is a recognized expert in supporting multiple marketing strategies, plans, and communications that drive increased multiple stakeholder brand preference. This individual will support all aspects of creative development and agency operations as well as the country marketing plan with Client stakeholders. This is a unique role: you’ll need to be comfortable with all aspects of creative development, insights, and data analyses, combined with excellent communication skills and executive presence and a strong desire to drive improvement in how we deliver marketing communications in the geography. Essential Functions:
Support marketing communications for programs with Clients in Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.Support the product or service positioning and messaging strategy in multiple-market marketing plans and ensure consistent application across all components of the marketing mix and across markets.Identify continuous actionable consumer insights and opportunities via consumer understanding programs and tools, trends, and data analysesSupport the country marketing plan and strategies for Guatemala, Honduras, and El SalvadorIdentify marketing opportunities with multiple audiences and Clients to develop co-marketing strategies and programs to drive increased Visa businessParticipate in sales pitch presentations and develop marketing plans to support new business deals.Build and enhance partnerships across the organization including Sales, Product, Merchant Solutions, Finance, and Legal to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies and plans.Reimagine the use of Visa’s key sponsorship assets, Concerts, Events, Disney, FIFA, NFL, the Olympic Games and the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 Team.Support the Social Media strategy bringing your knowledge and creativity to look for innovative ways to capitalize our social, digital, and mobile channelsSupport media and creative Agency partners operations and management including Agency Reviews, negotiations and renewals, Statements of Work and Agency Budget ManagementWork with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to senior management, other executive, functional, or regional management while supporting syndication with stakeholders across the organizationBe innovative and curious, always looking for ways to do things better while driving success and sharing it, as well as learning from/sharing failures.This is a hybrid position. QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
